LCH Range Rules

 

1- Keep gate closed except at events. - Preferably locked

2- Use eye and ear protection at all times. Including spectators

3- No rifles or magnum caliber handguns on the any metal targets that are

    not in the long range bay. This includes the Bianchi plates.

4- 22 rifle or pistol only on the 22 plates in bay one - no other caliber.

5- The wooden shed and extensions are off limits to members except during

     set-up and takedown for formal shooting events

6- Cleanup your garbage, and paper targets. It is not necessary to pick up

     brass.

7- Guests must be accompanied by a member. Do not lend out your key

8- Members must show their membership card to anyone that asks

9- No shotguns on Target boards
10- No moving of stage fronts
11- No open fires
12- No alcohol while shooting
13- No using Cowboy or Defensive Pistol Targets for practice
14- No Lending out your key
15- No tracers
16- No shooting Target poles, unless you want to replace and pay for
it yourself.
17- No shooting of clay birds in any bays. Except into the
Long Range field

      by 100 yard bay
18- If you use it put it away. If you brought it take it home.

19-No cursing at any match (this will cost you $1.00 per bad word)
20- No whining allowed

 

Follow the basic firearms rules;

1- Consider all guns loaded until proven otherwise

2- Don’t point a gun at anyone or anything that you don't want to destroy

3- Keep your finger off the trigger until your weapon is on target

4- Be sure of your target and what is beyond it

 

Keep the muzzle of your weapon pointed downrange
